Lyx and osuthesis.cls

This note describes how to install the osuthesis class for latex and lyx

1) Add osuthesis.cls to location where texhash can find it (/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/osuthesis/ on debian)

2) Run 'texhash' so TeX can find the osuthesis class

3) Add osuthesis.layout to .lyx/layouts

4) Reconfigure Lyx

5) Restart Lyx
